There are a few factors in play when it comes to getting the proper wash. First, you have to load the washer properly. Second, you have to select the right cycle, try to be as specific as possible. Third, these are high efficiency washers that have a sensor. If you are used to high amounts of water this unit will be a big change. Do not expect it to deep wash your clothing.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All my clothes are wet so Im not sure. Maybe it was overloaded to begin with? 1 hours is pretty standard now a days, it is an HE so it conserves water. It does have an express wash, 27 minutes I think it was. Great wash!
