Hello, the warranty on model MVW6230HW is a YEARS TWO (2) THROUGH TEN (10) FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (CERTAIN COMPONENT PARTS ONLY - LABOR NOT INCLUDED): Maytag will pay for factory-specified replacement parts for the component parts listed below to correct non-cosmetic defects in materials or workmanship in these parts that prevent function of this major appliance and that existed when this major appliance was purchased: Drive Motor (Stator and Rotor Only) Wash Basket (Side Walls Only). We would recommend contacting Maytag® at 800-344-1274. We are available We are available M - F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
