Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, for in home service, the first year is the manufacture tech. But, for over the phone help, Best Buy Tech help begins on day one. Thus, Best Buy Tech will guide you over the phone (1st year through 5th year), meaning they will trouble shoot, give important numbers. And, 2nd year through 5th, a Best Buy Tech in home service could be arranged, if needed. I hope this helps.
