“I put oxi in the oxi dispenser and hit the oxi button and it did not work just damped it anyone else have this problem? I’m not an oxi person always use bleach so not really sure if oxi is even better for whites or not?!”

If you are using the oxi powder then put in drum before loading. They told me you can only use liquid oxi or other color safe bleach in the dispenser. I use it in the drum and works good.
