No, the quest 3 facial interfaces are not compatible with the quest 2 are they have different connection interfaces

No!!!!!! It has a different mechanism so DONT use it with different head sets. If you have all the fancy things for one head set the new headset is a different idea almost nothing works from quest 2 to 3
