• The surface Pro is no different than any other laptop or Desktop? What do you mean connect to any wireless computer? Did you mean will it connect to any wireless network? if that is the correct question than answer is yes! You should be able to connect to any wireless network & any printer connected to any wireless Network.

• Most any printer that is made within the last 3 years should work with this. Specifically, this device will work with any printer that is Windows 10 compatible. There is nothing unique about the interface that prohibits it from working like any other Windows 10 device.
