• If you don't have the Windows password, you're pretty much stuck. From Windows XP and newer, the security for the PC is really locked down. I would suggest getting a new PC.

• Connect hard drive to a different computer and then transfer files. Or install 10 on a new hard drive and then use the current one as a storage drive. Third find a friend who knows computers and ask if they can do it.
