Dear Dsherer; I've seen a few examples of clients putting in Photoshop software up to 5 to 6 years old---and it worked. But once you get to 8 to 10 years old, that is pushing it. Today's Windows 10 is a different beast, and it doesn't match the likes of Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Those products would virtually run anything. Anything. But Windows 10 is particular with most software. Remember the American Greeting Card program (one of the most popular of all time)? Even that one struggles to install and function right. No surprise. Best of luck, Consultant Brian

Here's the link to the question where one of our Microsoft experts gave a visual to show what versions of Photoshop are compatible with what versions of Windows operating systems: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_programs/windows-10-and-adobe-photoshop-compatibility/6bd3a187-f267-4966-8400-f9fa421035a5 Sincerely, Jo Windows Customer Care
