You can download it from the Microsoft web site and create a USB install drive. I did this with a USB 3 drive and a computer with matching port. Much faster then using a CD/DVD. You can start by looking at this web site. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the Full version does but I couldn't get it to work on my new build (Asus Strix motherboard with Ryzen cpu). I made another usb install drive from my own brand new stick and still could not get it to run. Not sure why. I had to download an ISO from Microsoft and make a DVD instead.
