“Is this a bootable DVD? It does not start the boot even after BIOS was changed to read from CD first. I am using vista 64 and try to install Windows 10, 64”

• Open up "This Computer" ( you might have it listed as "My Computer"), open the CD drive that has the disk in it. When the disk opens, click on the "Set Up" file. It should then self install.

• This is a self bootable disc. There is also a manual option to boot media in the drive from BIOS.
