I recommend identiying what processor you have and search to see if it’s architecture is compatible with Windows 10. Windows 7 might work if you can still find it. You can also try a Linux version. Some of my oldest computers can run on Linux.

Please try again later.I don't think that MS even sells Windows 7 anymore and WinXP is no longer supported. if you have a PC with VISTA, I'm 99% sure that you won't be able to upgrade it. I would suggest that you look for a new PC on sale and buy one. Unfortunately, in the technology field, anything older than 4 years or so is going to be considered obsolete. Windows Vista was released in 2006. I wish I could have better news, but it's time to buy a new computer.
