• It’s a bootable copy inside how ever after starting it there will be a lot of downloads the usb for it comes inside with a code and it’s pretty explanatory from there if u have any other issues u have YouTube and instructions inside it for more Information

• I would save you data and do a clean install for best results. Yes it is bootable and you will need to adjust the bios to allow to boot from usb.
