• You need an installer to get Windows 10. The best way is to download an installer on a flash drive from a pre existing pc and plug it into your new one after it posts. You can get a key from Best Buy and use your new pc with little to no os issues. However, if you build a system and install Windows 10 without a key you will be restricted for personalization and you’ll have a massive watermark on the bottom right of your screen. But you can use a pc without a Windows 10 key.
