• It is easy to install. Just requires some patience. It comes with usb that you just plug in and follow their instruction.

• It is not hard. I would backup any personal files that are important before any backup. I recently upgraded my parent's system. After everything was backed-up, installation only took a couple of hours. Most of that was waiting, then coming back to check on the update.
