I'm currently using Microsoft office professional plus 2010 on Windows 10 Home. I upgraded to 10 by accident and lost all my apps. I contacted support and someone logged to my computer and got them back. I even got Windows Media Player back. Don't know if you can make a backup office, but you can at least copy/paste all the files you created.
