• Yes I had Best buy upgrade my windows 7 to a 10 window. Works great. They were very helpful in getting me started on windows 10. I can get a 20 min.learning time when I schedule it online.

• Shouldn't be a problem. Back up your computer first for insurance, then do your install. VERY intuitive and user friendly. Recommend an external hard drive for the back up.
