• Yes but you must buy a version of Win 10.

• You would have to purchase windows ten then wipe the laptop before you do a fresh install. Windows 11 is great only if you have at least 24g of ram and a good i7 or i9 processor. I love it but my laptop was 3900 dollars. But yes it can be done but you will have to buy Windows 10
