Mine was a flash drive and you had the choice to upgrade what you had and keep your info and files, or to hit f9 REPEATIDLY AT START UP AND IT TAKES YOU TO A BOOT MENU. select boot from flash drive( or USB) and do a full clean install and it wipes everything clean and installs 10 and gets its updates and reboots about 5 times then its ready to rock and put your stuff back in where you want. so save your stuff to a portable hard drive first before you do it. Clean install is the way to go so you dont run into unexpected errors later down the road.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.windows 10 home retail version has both full 32bit/64bit. It comes packaged with thumb drive, [usb stick flash drive]. You need to download the windows 10 home first on your computer, then you can copy on dvd. Hope this answers your question .
