• Mouse connects directly via Bluetooth you don’t need a “dongle” I purchased mouse for use with an iPad and it works well. Just follow instructions for inststalation

• This Microsoft mouse uses Bluetooth. It has no dongle and assumes your computer has a built in Bluetooth receiver (most newer laptops should). The Logitech dongle you have is likely for a non-Bluetooth mouse.
