that has happened to me.. I called Xbox directly and they gave me new codes guaranteed to work and even gave me a free 12 month gold membership for my troubles Google Xbox customer service or login to Xbox account and contact them they are very helpful

Two 50. PS gift cards? I am not sure how this applies to the Microsoft $25 gift card but I would bring your purchase receipt along with the gift cards to see if they were activated in the same store you bought them.

My advice is to bring your receipt and speak to a manager at the Best Buy store you purchased the item from. A lot of times you can resolve issues at the store, speaking to a manager. If this does not work, I advise you to call Xbox corporate location make sure that you have the store number and your receipt so the representative can notate your complaint properly with the proper information. I can almost guarantee that your issue will be resolved on this level. You may want to also get in touch with Xbox to inform them that you purchased a gift card but it is not working and they may be able to sort the problem out for you as well. I would try getting in touch with Microsoft Xbox department first. My next step would be to speak to a manager at the store where you purchased the gift card. And your last step is to get in touch with Best Buy corporate dept. taking the steps would minimize any questions that anyone may have such as did you try to get in touch with Microsoft first. It will also illuminate the question if you tried to resolve it in the store with a manager second. When you take it up with Best Buy corporate, you can inform them that you took all other necessary steps and they are your last option to resolve this issue. Make sure whomever you speak to at whatever company, you get a name and possibly an employee ID number, As well as the date, time, and phone number you called. It sounds like a lot, but if you want your monies back or your gift card activated, this is what you must do.

Did you "scratch off the gray label that covers the code? I have never had a problem with all of the Xbox Gift Cards that I have purchased from Best Buy. You need to enter the code in the Xbox Store after you have decided what you want to buy. it asks how you want to pay for your purchase, then you need to change the payment method. You need to change the method of payment to Xbox Gift card then enter the 25 digital and number code. then it will show you the amount that you redeemed.
