• They have to activate it at the register. If they didn't activate it then it wont work.

• Make sure you entered the registration number correctly. One wrong number and it won't work. If that still doesn't work return the card for a new one.

• See if there is a customer service number on the back. My kids had an issue with one and they were able to help a while ago
