The cashier forgot to activate the card. Take your receipt back to where u bought the card and have them activate it

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you kept your receipt. Because they will not activate it unless you have proof of purchase. When you buy the card, the cashier scans it and it activates the card so if will be "Live". Sounds like the cashier didn't do it.
