Yes, the controller has bluetooth. I connected it to my phone with bluetooth. It should be able to connect to a PC as well.

Yes! Connects to PC via Bluetooth. Hit the receiver button on the controller until the Xbox lcon blinks and then go to the Bluetooth settinng on your PC. Should pop up with no problems
