“why wont they pair again with my phone? I had them paired with my phone. But once I unpaired them and tried to pair again, they won't connect....the headphones name won't come on the Bluetooth menu”

When attempting to pair the headphones while they are turned off, hold down the power button for 4 seconds and the LED should quickly blink blue and red.
