There is no issue with our headset and Windows 10. When you are trying to pair it to your computer, make sure the headset is in pairing mode. To do so, with the headphones turned off, press and hold (power/talk) for four seconds. The LED blinks blue and red rapidly, then pairing mode is activated. At this point the computer should see the headset.
