“I JUST purchased my headphones and I can't get them to come on. I charged them until I seen the blue light and when I unplugged them to use nothing. What should I do am I missing something?”

• There is a reset to the headphones. Saw this happen a lot with a pair that I had gifted to someone. In the booklet that came with them it says to hold the volume up, power, and play button at the same time for around 5- 10 seconds. After, try starting them normally. The one I had to reset did this after charging for some reason.
