“Third MD-HPBT01 that died on me Had 3 pairs MD-HPBT01 headphones. The first two lasted only 3 days before they would not turn back on. This last one died at 3 weeks. No lights no matter how long I push the phone symbol button. What's going on? I've tried charging them again overnight. They all died midstream during the day while in between calls. I was not even close to discharging the battery according to the product specifications. Is this just a bad product or is there something I should or should not be doing? I treat them gently, charge them every night”

That's weird...I have the MD-HPBT01 as well. Sounds like bad luck to me. Tech products can be like that sometimes and that has happened to me. My battery is lasting easily a week of about an hour or so everytime I use it. I would try another one but there are other good bt headsets out there also

Please try again later.Make sure the outlet you are plugging into is not on a circuit that High Draw devices are plugged into like refrigerators, Air Conditioners, or washer/dryers. Even computers or large TV's could draw enough current that it causes fluctuations on the circuit that can damage the power supply.
