“cant get sound out of my headphones!! connect my modal headphones to my phone but not getting any sounds out of them, only off of phone speaker, only thing i hear form headphones is that they are connected to phone, phone says the same thing. worked fine with my Ipod.”

• Your phone may have a separate volume control for Bluetooth.

• restart your phone and make sure headphones have a full charge. reconnect headphones to the phone using the pairing function. ensure the volume on the headphones is all the way up.
