“I need help with sound break up and cut out I have a Samsung Galaxy III 4G. After using this Modal device for a period of time around 15 minutes the headset breaks up real bad, I then have to push the external speaker icon and push the headset icon and the sound goes back to normal. The same thing happens on my wife's Iphone. Before the Modal headset I had the Motorola S305 and they work fine for over a year until the head band broke. What is going on here help........”

More than likely a short in your phones, I would take them back if you have the warranty and just swap them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.more than likely you phone is hitting a point where its shifting battery priority. see if it does the same thing while plugged in. Also unpair the device and repair it, that might help depending on how many devices are paired to the phone.
