Yes, the buckle is also black color coated.

Yes it is.. this is more like a standard watch band.. closes outside the band.. unlike the Samsung bands that comes with the watch that closes under the band..I prefer the Samsung band.. since it tucks under the band rather than sitting on top of it..so as long as you are ok with a traditional style watch band and closure this will work for you :)
