A:AnswerThere are 15 holes on this band, and I am able to use any of the middle-area holes on the larger size band. There is plenty of room to make it tighter or looser - you'd have to have a massively chunky wrist for this band to not suit your needs! I can fit it around a standard water bottle and still have room to make it larger.
A:AnswerYes there is . Look on best buys website and they offer a nylon type in 3 different colors. Also they have some rubber ones which worked great for me also. The price on the rubber was amazing and easy to install
