No, Mine does not. However it is very easy to slide off the case to do this then put it back on. Bluetooth works much better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are referring to the 5 or 5s IPhone in your post, so you are using a lightning connector to a USB in your car, if so it also works in your car with the Mophie cable, micro USB to USB. I have a 2015 Dodge that works with both.

When I want to use the lighting port on my iphone I have to remove the bottom piece of my iphone mophie. Minor inconvenience but not sure how easy it is to remove pieces off other phones
