• Yes you can answer the call but you can't talk over the watch.

• Yes you can answer or reject. If you answer you still have to grab handset but it helps not to loose the call while reaching for your phone.

• no. there is no speaker come with this watch. so you can't have voice conversations. you can reply text messages with Cortana using your voice.
