Hi Uncle316, We’re sorry to hear that your Moto G 2025 isn’t connecting to Android Auto via USB or wirelessly, especially since your previous Moto G 56 2023 connected without any problems. To help resolve this, please make sure you’re using a high-quality USB cable that supports data transfer if connecting via wire, and try a different USB port in your car. Ensure both your phone’s system software and the Android Auto app are updated to the latest versions, and check that your car’s infotainment system is also up to date. For wireless connections, confirm that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on and that your car supports wireless Android Auto. You may also want to go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Android Auto to ensure the feature is enabled, restart both your phone and your car’s system, and clear the cache and data for the Android Auto app. If the connection still does not work, please write us an email at [email protected]. We'll be happy to help. -Mitch
