Based on our hearing aid compatibility chart here: https://www.motorola.com/us/about/hearing-aid-compatibility-us, Moto G Play 2021is compatible with M3/T3 rating. We suggest checking with the developer of the hearing aids to make sure that this will work on the device.- Frank
