The reps on the phone never know what they're talking about half the time. Either Nano SIM or Micro SIM will work as the Moto G 4 comes with a Nano to Micro Adapter. If you don't want to use the adapter then the native size is Micro SIM. As for Carrier compatibility, I know someone said this is a GSM only phone. That's false. This is compatible with GSM and CDMA so it will work with Verizon no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any issues getting this phone to work with verizon. I have two of these phone active on verizon. Simply turn off the phone, insert your verizon sim, and turn the phone back on. If it works, don't even bother telling verizon. If it doesn't you can give them the IMEI and the Simcard # they should be able to find a solution for you. If they can't call back and talk to another associate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's accepts both micro and nano Sim card sizes.
