Most open box are in display in store, or where missing something (manual, box) so, most time are all must brand new. A returning product, usually customers returned it as soon is possible, but in all cases our customers support and Tech guys check it before back it to the floor sales.

Important features: OS upgrades... has v6 with newest v7 coming soon <-Very important. Very basic Android installation... hardly any manufacturer software. SD card phone storage... not just for images and movies, can be used to expand existing internal storage and be treated as phone storage.
