• it does, but it's alot of work to go through to remove it. you practically have to take the whole phone apart to do it. not worth it in my opinion. but there is a youtube video on how to do it.

• Thanks for your interest. The Moto G Stylus (2021) does not have a removable battery. The average smartphone can last for about 2 to 4 years. Also, the lifespan of your smartphone depends on how you handle your device. - Mike
