“I went to buy this phone at a BestBuy in Chicago and they could not activate it for Sprint. The employee contacted Sprint support and we were told that the phone cannot be supported by a Sprint Sim card and that the phone is not compatible. Any info?”

• It work with Verizon and sprint , but you can not activate with this phone directly with Verizon and sprint. Because not in their systems. So use other phone ,active and swipe the SIM card. It work.
