“Has any one tried to activate on Verizon yet? There seems to always be a problem with Verizon with unlocked phones. Some people are still having problems with the moto g5 plus with hd voice on Verizon. Does the phone have the October update on it?”

Had no problem moving my # and activating my new G5+ on Verizon. 7.1.1 android version, June 1,2017 security patch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When activated with Verizon or sprints, make problems,because not in their systems moto g5. So used other phone activated and swiped SIM card. It work. Don’t forget use nano SIM card phone. If you activate micro sim you need to cut for nano size. My Verizon prepaid is working fine. Good luck.
