Probably not, your old phone probably has a different size SIM card and it won't fit.

Just go to Verizon, they'll sort you out with a new SIM card. They will most likely do this for free.

Thanks for reaching out. The Moto G7 has a tray where you can put a Nano sim card. You may try to check if this would fit in there, but if not, you may try to ask your preferred carrier to get the correct size.
