Hi Jeffs, Thanks for reaching out. If you are referring to Wifi calling, this phone is capable of Wifi Calling however it is still carrier independent. The Moto G7 does support calls over home WiFi.

I did not find that setting. You can try making calls through apps such as What'sUp, snapchat, skype.
