• It's 299.99 unlocked at Best buy. Unless you purchase a SIM and airtime for a carrier then you get it for 199.99

• It will have to be the $299 option because I found where it says for some unknown reason only carriers they're using for the activation today deal are the 3 they have listed. I needed to know too since I use metro (T-Mobile)
