“I already have a carrier service, so when I purchase this phone how does the activation work? Do you take my sim card from my current phone and pug it into the G7 and contact Consumer Cellular to verify the new phone on current account?”

• I have Consumer Cellular too, just request to have your info from your old phone transferred to the G7 and your sim card should slide in with no problem if you have a Moto. Consumer Cellular sent me a message when I set everything up on my G7. They will give you a pin number for if they need to contact you and will let you know that they have noticed that you have bought a G7.

• Hi Lynn, The device is unlocked, so SIM cards from different compatible carriers will work. You may try to insert your current SIM card on this phone. In case you have experience carrier service related concerns, we suggest contacting your carrier. -Jess
