• No, there’s no service with Best Buy, it’d be activare through sprint, at&t or Verizon.

• No. It will be on the service advertised for the discount price or if you paid full price of $499 for z4 unlocked phone you will have to buy a SIM card kit for the phone service you want to use and install it yourself or have a Best Buy associate install it for you at time of purchase.
