I have Cricket and is works great, Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, TRACFONE, Net10, Simple Mobile, H2O Wireless are all compatible.

Yes. Its universally unlocked. It works with Verizon. Just put in ur sim and it should automatically prompt u to download a profile for the apn settings. If not u can always enter it manually but u might have to register the IMEI to Verizon.
