“Why do so many reviews indicate that the mounting hardware included with this tv wall mount do not fit? Some say the drill bit you provide makes a hole bigger than the one needed for the mounting screw. Why has Quality Control not remediated this yet?”

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the installation hardware. Please follow the drill specifications in the product manual by drilling a 4mm pilot hole (65mm deep) for wood studs, or a 10mm hole (65mm deep) using the included anchors for concrete or brick walls.
