• No but before you swap, download its newest bios on a thumb drive and transfer it over

• Hello sk8elliot - the latest version of the BIOS is installed on the board at the time the retailer (Best Buy) purchases the product. That said, it is best practice to update the BIOS when installing any new motherboard.
