To stop Best Buy from charging you again, turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. You can do it in the app or website: 1. Sign into your Best Buy account 2. Go to Account → Plans & Subscriptions 3. Select your membership (My Best Buy Plus or Total) 4. Choose Manage Membership 5. Turn off Auto-Renew or select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts If the app or website gives an error, call Best Buy directly at 1-888-237-8289 and ask them to disable renewal.

However we do notify you prior to your renewal date that your renewal is coming up.
