Hello. Due to how the membership functions, such as the up to 2 years of protection on qualifying items, the My Best Buy Total™ membership does not offer the option to turn off automatic renewal. This ensures the membership does not lapse and result in your protection plans cancelling. We will notify you typically 30 days before renewal if you wish to cancel, as well as offering cancellation options after renewal.
